Kolbers,
I ordered an extra pair of Azusa rims to mount my 8.50 x 6 Aero Classic LSA/Ultralight Dressler tires on and the valve stems where no where close to the hole on the Azuse split rims. I made new holes in the rims in the correct position for the tubes and plugged the old holes with Lab Metal. With the stems in the correct position hopefully the tubes won’t slip, but time will tell.
Enjoy,

Yeah, I plan to modify my rims as well. If the stems pointed where they were supposed to be, one could even check the air pressure every now and then. I think I will try the screws, seems to me to be the most simple fix. I have done the tubeless route and I had a flat every time I turned around. I think I will pass on the glue as well.Larry
