As there are many different configurations of instruments on existing Allegro, there is no one answer to say "this" needs to be done.  However, LSA America, Inc. did issue an LOA (Letter Of Authorization) to allow any qualified avionics shop to install an ADSB.  As this is not critical to the flight characteristics of the Allegro, the owner/operator also has the options to install, but is must be checked by a qualified avionics person.  The newer Allegro with Dynon "glass have a very easy option to go with the Dynon ADSB offer.  However, this is NOT mandatory, with the owner/operator making the final judgement call.
