The image you attached didn't come thru to me but the
data I have on the AK350 Encoder seems to confirm your
observation . . .

Thanks.
The bare wire of the encoder seems no to fit anywhere, but it's usually ground wire. What's the difference with the Black one wich is also a ground wire ?
