There is a fuel tank access port on the bottom of the wing. This is easily seen, externally. There is also a fuel tank access port on the root of the wing. Perhaps there is a leak on the upper side of this root access panel? It would only weep slightly during inverted flight, but the fuel could migrate to the belly area during the uptight portion of your flights.John B

I have a Yak55M. Lately I am finding traces of blue (fuel leak) just under the
fuselage, aft of where the left main gear is attached. There is no evidence of
a static leak and it only occurs after extensive inverted flight. Anyone have
experience with this?
