Robert - Thanks for an excellent excellent excellent find! Another flying KIS!
I also received news at SNF from a Lancair builder from Switzerland - He told me there was two KIS TR-1s in Switzerland, but unfortunately the second crashed, and was totaled. It was the same ol' story, ambitious pilot with too little experience in high performance aircraft.
Still in all a great week when I can add two more KISes to the list.

I have been in contact with Steve for several months and answering as many of his questions as I could but have not convinced him to join our group for some reason. I will keep trying though.

Robert - I understand not all are comfortable with the forum environment, believe me even Rich had issues with the forum in the begining but he really enjoyed participating in the later years while out of the country.
Possibly you could forward my email address to him, I will be happy to send him the latest KIS owners list. You may also want to inform him that I now have Vances old domain kisaircraft.com (yes, I know I am not worthy but). I am just starting to build the site but it does have a list of resources for all KIS owners. Most of us already know this info but new owners may not.
I am pretty sure this TR-1 is the Kindig KIS, the 3rd owner for some reason changed the n number, but it sure does look great.
