This is surprisingly common. I think it has to do with outgassing either of the prose all or possibly the primer. Usually they don't leak fuel. If you pop the back of them with a needle, then heat them with a heat gun, they will shrink back up and will be almost invisible. The sooner you get them the less you can see them after hearing me up.
