Just got an email from AOPA where Garmin advertised an entry level ADS-B in/out for only $4000. It will be a while before I pop for that!

Amazing...ads-b receive only can be had for abt 100 bucks... check a
recent issue of EAA mag...There will , likely be, apps that allow the
receive dongle to mate to a tablet... lowering the price even
further...Herb
