My build manual states flap travel of 39 degrees. Not even close; regardless of reflex, 27 to 32 is all I get. Has anyone else found interference with the flap retract horns and the bulkhead/doorposts? (This interference does not affect the travel.)
Unrelated; my exhaust is at least 5 inches too short to clear the lower cowling...

Regarding the flap interconnect cross tube and the horns on each end for the retract springs: can anyone tell me where I went wrong that I have major interference with the door posts? thanks...
Has Murphy ever said anything about redrilling the upper flap horn to achieve the travel?
