Hi Tony,
Two actuators have been specified over the years. Early Tri-gears used
"Motion Systems" type 85615, but once the company discovered they were
being used in aircraft, declined to supply any more. They are still
being manufactured and design data can be found here:

Europa then sourced its actuators from the German "Baumeister" company:

The model you're interested in is the 120se - navigate to
>Products>Actuators>Actuator Series 120>Actuator 120SE" where you'll
find a data sheet with the loads you want.
Speed of operation is important when choosing an actuator. The earlier
Motion Systems actuators were much faster - which could be a benefit in
getting the flaps deployed quickly, though there were isolated reports
of the carbon brush assemblies failing.
