Keep in mind that the FAA has not issued any guidance(that I am aware 

of) at all for certification of ADS-B equipment installed in 

experimental aircraft. All of the guidance assumes a certified aircraft. 

So you take your best effort with regards to compliance and recognize 

something may need to change down the road.
