In December of last year, my career path made an unplanned but wonderful shift. An opportunity like no other was presented and accepted. The choices I made will change the future for my family in a great way. The bad news, and my ultimate realization, is that nothing in life is free.
My responsibilities and obligations require that I abandon my dream of completing my 601 xlb project. I am no longer allowed to fly personally, making continuation of my project impossible.
That said, I would like to offer my components up for sale.
My kit is number 6-6415
-Wings
Complete with upgrade and painted.
Flaps not painted or installed
Twin 15 gallon tanks
Wing Lockers
Aero flash LED tip strobes installed
-Fuselage
Approx 50% complete. Rear section riveted
Front section fit but not riveted. Currently installing new center spar and upgrade components.
- Engine/fwf kit
Jabiru 3300 s/n 33A2002 pre owned. Purchased from Pete Krotje. New top end work, Still in crate.
Full 601 FWF kit
Dual throttle option
Cabin heat option
Composite, scimitar ground adjustable prop
Miscellaneous clecos, aluminum parts, etc.
Over $45k invested to date
Willing to sell all for $22.5k firm.
As is, where is. No shipping, crating, delivery, etc
