Hello all,

The CJ6 GT propeller blades are finally here. Constructed from wood and composite material, and built with GT Propellers technology, you're assured and significant weight savings and performance increase. The blades are 2.50 standard size, 99" but any customisation is possible on request. And these blades are compatible with OEM stock Chinese hubs.NO modifications are required for the installation. !
For more details contact me. INFO(at)GT-PROPELLERS.COM

Thanks and best regards.

I'm sure many CJ owners would be interested in some detailed photos of these
blades and certainly some info. regarding the cost.

In particular I would like to see photos of the blade root area and, since
you have made it clear there are no modifications
to the hub or (by extension) the blade grip how you handled the reduction in
blade root area due to the use of an ACME type thread rather than
the standard thread of the B530 type blade grip.
Presumably the blade weight reduction and therefore the ultimate centrifugal
loading would accommodate that change but I would be interested in
your comments on that.

Thank you;

HI Walt thanks for your question.

YES we have tested the CJ/GT blades using a V 530 D hub and the consequence was to glue V 530 Root on new GT blade.
The definitive blades is direct blade replacement for the Housai and the root has the original chinese thread. No adaptor is required.
Blade is screwed in and colar block the blade. If the chinese 3 blade hub version has same root thread as the 2 blade, then we easily can make blades to fit this 3 blade hub. If any of you has manual of the 3 blade in digital form,I’ll be more than happy to evalutate it.

Regards to all.

PS If the chinese 3 blade has different root thread we can do it as well but in longer time .Latest case, YAK 11 700 HP already use our composite blades on OEM hub and the engineering required us a year to make it !
