I created this stainless steel exhaust system from many pieces and manufacturers to fit within the limited parameters, the tube radii, expanded tube ends, and ball joints needed. I have this information if wanted. The system has not been tested for noise or vibration.

Wow Andy, now you have me REALLY interested in this style of exhaust. THANK YOU for taking time to post these photos.
Have you flown the airplane in tis configuration? It looks like the engine is mounted up on taller spacers, and then it also looks like tne engine mount plate is on smaller spacers above the rubber mounts too. Do I have this correct? Do you have pitch-down problems when you go to full throttle?
Looks like you have an external fuel filler on the port side of the fuselage. Nice looking 
Is the oil radiator mounted on top of the square cross tube (between the main spar attach fittings)? Do you get enough cooling flow and good oil temps? That location (leading edgeof the wing) is acyually in low pressure when the wing is making lift.
I would VERY much like to learn more about your installation, it looks very clean.
