An old friend called me this morning. He has given up flying and wants to  sell his 912 powered Pulsar. He is the builder, has 1200 hours on the plane, and  no damage history. The plane is nicely equipped with auto pilot and only lacks a  heated pitot tube to be IFR. Asking price is $35,000.
