Thanks for yours, Tim's, and others' feedback on this. I think the bottom line is I'll still investigate the fuel lines and filters for blockages or leaks, and see if anything simple can be done to keep the area around the fuel pump cooler (none of that can hurt anything), but not to sweat it too much. Though some people have never seen this issue, quite a few have, and their planes are still flying fine. It's definitely something I'll be watching closely for the next little while though.
