I'll chime in to say I replaced my right mag with the Surefly unit a couple
of weeks ago and am very pleased with the results to date.
I left the Slick mag with the retard connection plus SlickStart installed,
since it had just been IRAN'd, and removed the grounding jumper on the
ignition switch so both sets of plugs would be firing at TDC on startup. So
basically it is like having two electronically boosted sparks during the
time the starter is cranking. RV-10 now does cold and hot starts in the
first turn of the prop; verrry nice. Wish I could have had that for the
past ten years!
No appreciable rise in CHTs that I can detect, and don't know what it will
do to ROP and LOP cruise up high yet, since the Pacific northwest weather
has been nonstop scuzzy for the past couple of weeks. I can say that
cruising down low, am seeing same indicated airspeed at 18-19 inches MP that
I used to see with 21. So maybe a little more spunk also. Will post again
when I get some cross country engine monitor recordings and can compare with
previous configuration.

I am a beta tester for SureFly and do not work for them.
I installed one of their first units a little over a year ago in my RV-10 and have about 120 hours on it. It ran in parallel with a Slick mag in a configuration similar to my RV-6 which had an Electro Air electronic ignition and a mag.
The unit runs well and I don't have to think about it. No change was noted in CHTs. I can aggressively lean it, more so than with 2 mags, and it continues to run smoothly until a noticeable roughness. No change was noted in starting - it was just as easy as with the 2 mags and Slick Start.
I wish I had better data on fuel flows from before the switch because my experience is only qualitative. It is very difficult to compare performance without hard data. I always run lean of peak in cruise and with the mags I found that I needed to bump it a little richer from the point where the average EGT showed a 25 degree drop. With the electronic ignition it runs smoother at that point.
I am now running with 2 of the SureFly units and it appears to run even smoother under aggressive leaning. This is noticeable during taxi (where I lean a lot) and in flight where it runs nicely at 25 degrees lean of peak. I have limited time with the 2 units installed.
