Has anyone rebuilt one using Doug's kit? Advice, instructions, schematics, pics?

Would be interesting to know. The valve in my Yak is sticky, I have to press the lever (on the side of the valve) first, then the start button works. Got a complete new valve, but fixing the old one makes more sense.

This usually means the electro-pneumatic valve (the one with the lever) needs cleaning. It is straight forward concerning removal and cleaning of the mechanical portion.
