I am. I have Jerry's pistons and can't get ethanol free anymore.
The ethanol is hard on rubber parts, i have had to replace the fuel hoses more often, some after a year, and the drain valves, which use rubber O-rings..
I had tank fuel leaks, but those were caused by improper sealing during the build process. I have done those areas properly now and have not had an issue for the last few years since I did that.
Using the 91 oct with the higher compression pistons reduces the detonation margin somewhat, but that would only be critical at high power, very hot conditions. I avoid that (reduce throttle), and have not seen any issues.

Is anyone running 90 octane ethanol free in the 912 S or Jerry's extra pistons?
Background
I will never, ever put ethanol gas in my Pulsar again after it ruined the wings and had to rebuild a few years ago. I have not been flying much as I was living in san fran and my plane is in Florida. But I am living back in FL now trying to fly a lot more. I am using 100LL with TCP.
I found 91 Octane Ethanol free at a gas station and bought a 25-gallon gas caddy, then right away he went out of business
There are several 90 Octane ethanol free stations popping up now which is great.
Rotax calls for 87 octane for the 912 80 HP and 91 min for the 100 HP S.
With Jerry's pistons, we are at 95 HP
So is anyone running the 100 S or Jerry's pistons on 90 octane ethanol free?
p.s. The Swift guys (94 octane) were at Sebring and I talked to Lockwood and that is all the use anymore an love it. But it's not close enough to me yet

Thanks
