I have an X-com 760 and I see on their website that they are now equipped with "Garmin Speak", which will automatically select the next appropriate standby channel based on info from a compatible Garmin GPS.   I recently sent the radio in for an update so it is up to date and apparently capable of this but when I inquired about how to set up this feature I was told a technician would contact me with the info. I never heard from him and several more inquiries went unanswered. This was a few months ago, so I just sent another request for info tonight, but I thought maybe someone on this list may have experience with this.
