Kolbers,
When I built my wings, I used air brake hose from NAPA. The hose is light weight, very tough and has a smooth inner surface that make threading wire very easy.
For what it is worth….

Hi Nick C/Kolbers,
I didn't run my wing wires through anything, but the ribs. Worked for me.
Hope Palmer is starting to warm a little.
