Has anyone else out there noted that the single washer specified for each of the NAS wing attach bolts (page 44-11 figure 1) is not sufficient to prevent the nut binding up on the bolt thread runout before fully clamping the wing spars?  Just curious if mine are an anomaly or if everyone spots the problem and fixes it by adding extra washers.
