Thanks guys.
Berine - The FS22D2 is an extension kit it looks like. I am not following how that is a vapor return solution. Also I am not envisioning what you did to solve the vapor return issue. Do you have a sketch or picture?
Thanks

The vapor return has to be connected to the fuel cells. Go to info(at)anadair.co.uk (info(at)anadair.co.uk). to ask how their valve works.
I emailed them last week with a question about a quadrant they used to make and got an answer the next day.
My vapor line led off the fuel line between the fuel pump and the carbs. There has to be a jet in the line to restrict the flow. Don't remember what the size is anymore. Installed in my Pulsar almost 20 years ago. The other end of the line, in my case, went to the fuel line right after the electric fuel pump. I do remember that I got the jet from a local gas furnace company.

Look at the Rotax in stall manual, it has all the details for a vapor return line including jet size. I bought a fuel manifold and jet from Spruce.

Berine - The FS22D2 is an extension kit it looks like. I am not following how that is a vapor return solution. Also I am not envisioning what you did to solve the vapor return issue. Do you have a sketch or picture?

Bernie,
You say a jet but do you mean a restrictor valve? To me, a jet refers to an open orifice that atomizes a liquid.

What I used was a gas jet designed to restrict the flow of propane in a gas furnace. The outside diameter was the size of the inside of my fuel line. The orifice was the diameter prescribed by Rotax for the return line. Ni e easy fit.

You say a jet but do you mean a restrictor valve? To me, a jet refers to an open orifice that atomizes a liquid.
