Hello,
here is a DXF file of the airfoil with the appropriate cord length of 1167 mm. (yes, we use the metric system )
I also added the 3 degree line you need to set the wing to the right angle.
You should find somebody who has access to a big format printer to print it out for you.
Good luck with the construction of your plane and don`t hesitate to ask if you have further questions.
Best regards from Germany,
Ralf Twellmann (KIS# 104)

Tim has suggested that since the TR-1 wing is a straight wing someone could remove a wingtip and trace the planform for me. I do have the molded wing tips and I'm going to see how the traced shape looks for constructing a template.
Thank you Tm. It might just work and it's at least worth a try. I can carefully see how accurate a shape I can get off of two wing tips where they attach to the end of the wings. That is still more accurate than a guess at the shape based on ribs and skins.

Thank you Ralf, it’s great that after all this time the KIS builders are still supporting each other.
Thank you

My pleasure, Bob.
I forgot to mention that different from the drawing i sent, the airfoil on the KIS has no crusp at the trailing edge (the shape is not curved inwards) but straight. So simply replace the curve in the aileron/ flap area with a straight line. This was done to simplify construction.
Regards, Ralf
