What are favorite your cruise settings (lower altitudes 1,500ft to 4,500ft).

What speeds you guys get?

I usually cruise around at 590-600 mm manifold pressure, prop at 2050 rpm (bottom of white arc). This gets me ~125 KIAS if I recall correctly, and ~11-12 gal/hour in my Housai.

680/2000 gives 140kts at 15USgph. This is optimum I find.



700/2100 gives 150kts at 17USgph (equivalent to M14 7/70).
