In the next step, the Rage Sword is soon dropped 2 times, causing damage |

There have always been individuals
with lots of time on their hands and a
willingness to chip away at the liberty
of others.
The evolution of these personalities can
spread in uncountable ways with an equally
diverse constellation of outcomes. Technology
has offered a few such persons opportunity
to become major pests while hiding behind
sundry walls and fences.
One such individual has found a way to
push postings like this one past Matt's
fire walls. Honorable citizens are hard
pressed to understand what purpose or
pleasure is satisfied with such activity . . .
but humans are really complicated creatures
with qualities that may defy understanding.
A few weeks ago, someone's 'bot' signed
me up for about 200 email lists promoting
a host of products. For weeks, I spent perhaps
10 minutes a day un-subscribing to the
various offers that flooded my incoming
mail. A few sites don't even have 'un-subscribe'
links in their trash . . . I just have to
delete them and try to ignore the insult
to my time, attention and personal space.
This particular posting was made by someone
with a mind set sadly deficient in the arts of
civil behavior. I'm sure you are all
similarly plagued with robo-calls to
your phones that spoof seemingly valid
looking numbers/names. About 75 percent
of calls to our phones have to go ignored
because we don't recognize the number.
This worries me a lot because it posses
a risk that some really important communication
might be ignored at no small cost to
the parties involved.
If our Great White Fathers in DC could
spend more time on defending liberty
and less time on protecting snail
darters and frogs no working stiff
has ever seen, life would indeed be
more pleasant.
In the mean time, I'm sure Matt is aware
of these interlopers to the lists and
if there's a way to beef up his fire
walls, he'll do it. In the mean time,
we're best advised to simply ignore/
delete and move on with more productive
things.
