Why do Huosia engines have intruduced ram air into the breathing system?
what part does the Oil tank play having this additional air entering against a Yak system?

Ram air? Where do you believe the “ram air” duct is?

Ohhhh! NOW I understand what you mean.
The Huosai/CJ does not have an inverted oil system. Therefore the open vent on the nose case. On the M14/Yak 52, it does have an inverted oil system and therefore the nose case vent is routed back to the oil tank. Hope that helps.

The Housai has a ram air inlet between cylinders 9 and one this leads to the
rear blower gear box area. It
also has a wye connection to the oil tank vent. I do not thinks this put any
appreciable press in the engine
case as the front vent on the propeller gear box is open facing to the rear
thus dumping the air out.
