Air Spruce stocks a number of fuel caps including Usher as well as replacement seal rings. Over time, the “O ring” seal gets stiffer and you either replace the seal ring or back off the tension nut.

Those roll pins broke again. Anyone got the purchase info, vendor etc. for new fuel caps ? Maybe the new ones have a better pin?
If i remember the company starts with a “U” but that is about all and might not be right either
Thanks

These are not the type I have just replaced (whole fitting) as I couldn’t identify the originals - they had a screw in the centre with Zeus type claw inside that pulled up on a wire that spanned the mouth of the female part. If anyone needs these and they are not available I might create a drawing or machine a few. If anyone knows it might still be good to identify them. My new ones have vent built in even though I changed out the foam to fuel proof type and got rid of the outboard breather pipe as it caused a build up of fumes/fuel !
