Hi Group



I have a XS Mono with 914. I plan to drop oil radiator as much as I can.



It seems you want the best seal you can get between coolant and oil radiator, radiators to duct, radiators to cowl and duct to cowl.



Anyone have any pics to show details?



Did you stop sealing duct to cowl aft of oil radiator?



What sort of baffling material did you use? Europa supplied, 3/32" silicone or Teflon coated Silicone McFarlane? If McFarlane, did you do any sort of scoring?



How did you seal forward portion of duct to cowl near intake?



How did you figure out cut-line for baffling of radiator duct to cowl?
