Have you tried Aircraft Spruce Europe.  http://www.aircraftspruce.eu/elts/artex/artex-elt-110-4-elt-110-6-.html they ship to the UK.

The battery is listed as hazardous and additional charges will apply.

Thanks Alan, I checked out your link, and they have.  Eye-wateringly expensive batteries, 300 Euro, for what they are.  Puzzling why Light Aero cant bring in from Spruce Europe.  Thanks again!  Best

Damn, I didn't even know that the battery for replacement on Artex 406 Emergency Locator Transmitter is so freaking expansive. I have found one on skygeek. com and it costs about 800 USD, it's too much for a simple battery, you know. I would never ever buy such things that after a break would need a detail that costs so much. I have a simple radio transmitter and my portable radio I use now at home, cause it's an emergency one I found on a sale. I read about it from https://woahtech.com/.
