If you are planning on Garmin.



For those who may not be aware... Garmin's GAD 27 (Flaps/Lights/Trim Controller) incorporates a Brown-Out Booster. They call it Voltage Stabilizer and it will deliver up to 3.5A at 12V if you feed it 5V or above.



"Voltage Stabilizer - Essential avionics receive stable power during engine start without the need for a back-up battery when integrating the GAD 27 adapter..."
