Trouble with Image Attachment

I'm trying to include a picture with a posting to the List by including as an attachment.  However I get an error message from the Matronics server that says "Non supported enclosure type..". 

The file is a 3 Mb .jpeg.  The error message lists .jpeg  as a valid attachment type.

What am I doing wrong?

   Hmmmm . . . try resizing the image

   to 1Mb or less.

I reduced the file size from 3 Mb to less than 1 Mb, per BobN's suggestion, and it worked.
