On my Nanchang the elevator rests in the full up position with the stick all the way back.  In flight it is perfectly balanced.   I checked the balance bar and it does not have any weight plates to remove.  It only has the solid balance cube.  So, I contemplate removing the cube and shaving it to reduce the weight.  Any suggestions?
