Hello Nanchangers-
Looking ahead to 2021 maintenance on my CJ6, I'm prowling for (4) of the "special nuts" used on the Chinese BDP-2 artificial horizon.
The parts catalog calls them p/n 167-43 (ref vol.5, figure 2-7-1, item #12.)
Also, the associated p/n 4C12.13.d5 washers, item #11.
See pix...
Also, anyone have a lead on the brushes for the big Chinese generator?
Ref p/n ZP4.
Doug?
I'm doing my best to keep everything stock PLAAF, without too many upgrades to Western equipment.
Thanks-
I hope everyone is the midst of a Merry Christmas and happy holiday season-
Justin

I just replaced my back AI and mine had 4mm nut and washer combo from the previous owner as the plate wasn't the stock one. Anyway, I understand the desire to keep the look stock etc, but if you can't get these from Doug Sapp, then you might have to buy alternative ones from MacMaster-Carr. They have M4 cap nuts, but not sure of the depth of thread so you may have to add a couple flat washers to take up the thickness if they bottom out in the cap. Or just buy 4mm Nylok nuts and go that way.

Ya... that's a good plan-B.
Great to not be in a rush or AOG...
Thanks!
