I am building a Firestar 2 I picked up a couple of weeks ago. A bit over a year ago I bought the remnants of a Firestar 2, everything but the cage. I have a 64" 2 blade Ivoprop that was supposedly off the first plane I got that came with a Rotax 447. I don't have the 2 1/2" prop hub extension that the manual says I need to use (to clear the airframe of the very flexible ivoprop blades) nor are the bolts with the prop long enough for that extension. The guy I got that plane from was grabbing parts from all over his hangar so it's possible that the prop didn't come from the Firestar but I have no reason to doubt that it did as he gave me the right engine (even though he had several 447's and 503's on his floor).
For those of you Ivoprop users, is the extension something you got from Ivoprop (I didn't see it shown on their website) or is it something you got somewhere else like from Kolb? I'd ask the guys at Kolb but they aren't answering the phone, nor responding to the texts and emails I've sent.

Ivoprop sells them, just call and ask. Make sure you ask for the long bolts as part of the deal. I don't remember if they are automatically included.
