I was able to contact a technician at Genesys.
We started by isolating the Pitch computer and found the internal fuse had blown.
Replaced the fuse and checked the wires for shorts…
Full functionality restored!

Subject: S-Tec system 30 issues
After 12 years, my S-Tec system 30 doesn’t want to come ready.
I have checked the fuses for the AP and TC. The TC flag retracts so I that looks OK. The GPSS interface stays lit and functional. It didn’t grab the stick and clunk for pitch or roll as normal.
Any ideas?
