Looking at the video, it appears to be leaking out of the middle of the assembly. The only thing I can think of is if the little ball in the center behind the plate is corroded and stuck. If it’s stuck it may be the cause of the leak when you pump the primer.

Difficult to see unless you physically remove the B nut and inspect the tubing flare.
