Matt,

  I didn't see a photo with your question, so I'm not sure what it looks like.  But, is it more "aerodynamic" than Vans with rounded edges and polished with your name engraved on it?

  If so, then it is probably like mine.  I can dig through my records to see where I bought it.

  Does anyone know where you get this external canopy handle? I got it on my

 

  RV-8, but I can't seem to find/remember where I purchased it.

 

  

 

  

 

  But, really, what I want to do it remove the handle so I can get the

 

  internal handle re-powder coated. But, the pinch-lock in the external handle

 

  is so tight, it won't come off even with the screw completely removed.

 

  

 

  

 

  Any help you could lend would be most appreciated.
