Hello all



My CJ is experiencing an intermittent charging issue. Sometimes it will be fine and the generator warning lamp goes out after first run up but at other times it stays on even after run up. Sometimes cycling the breaker put it into charge state and then the lamp stays out with healthy charge showing on the gauge.

Its almost like it doesn't flip over to the charging status?



Does anyone have an experience with this issue and what can be checked?



 I can say the brushes are all good as they were checked just a few weeks ago for mm length.
