Anyone out there in Zenith land(s) got a source for wing covers and cowl
blankets? 6 inches of partly cloudy? is covering everything up
here. Still waiting for my new canopy cover from California from
Bruces. I received lots of input from others recommending other sources
but with so few CH2000s out there, I went with the factory
recommendation. Glad we went flying Friday afternoon because the weather
looks like it will suck for the next 6 months. Sure wish I was boon
docking in a Rialta motor home in the Arizona desert in 100 degrees waiting
for the Rotorway factory to open in the morning. We won't be spending
any money on Avgas today even though the price dropped 15 cents a litre in
the last week.

humor is good especially when the weather sucks as bad as it does here today.

What color Scotch-Brite do I use to clean the metal posts on my fence?
That depends on the material & shape of the posts. Round,
galvinized ? Raw "hat" steel or painted green.

Also, I was thinking of installing a new engine on my riding lawnmower.
Is that new, rebuilt or does it come as a you assemble kit.

The grass near my fence needs mowing badly but I can't decide if I should
go with a Rotax 912 or a Corvair conversion.
Brand new from the manufacture might be a problem if you deside on
a Corvair. However I had a Turbo Spider back when & as our
friend from Tool Time would have said...Varooom. Many years ago I saw a
Corvair powered motorcycle with a sidecar. The owner was a movie
actor that had a "rubber" face & played in the "beach" movies of
the 60's.

Please, don't shoot! Just a lame attempt at humor from an overworked and
underpaid old man.
They only shoot lane horses not old farts or I'd already be dead.

I love this forum.

For what its worth Reiff says their cowling covers are better. Their
reasoning sounds convincing.
