As a matter of fact, there is! At the top of each daily digest message, there are two web links - one to a Text version of that day's digest, and another to an HTML version of the same.
If you click on the HTML version, you will find that the at the top there is the same listing of the day's subjects and that they are hyperlinks to the respective messages.
