Hummm. You could:

Or try lexan cut to fit.

Mine is fiberglass, but that would take some time to
fabricate yourself.

Aluminum is light, but will drum unless you put fabric
over it.

Do you have an old one? If not, someone might be able
to send you a pattern from theirs.

Just a few ideas since the list is so quiet.

I know the hard way! I hand made a female mold using an instrument panel
outline and centerline profile. I then vacuum bagged a carbon fiber
laminate in the mold, plus a couple of risers to attach it to the
instrument panel supports and a reinforcement strip that joins the
instrument panel but lets hot air out from behind. It's a lot of work but
the results are nice. Let me know if you want details.

If you want it out of fiberglass or carbon fiber you can make a mold from a
thin piece of sheet metal and then layup the glass o nthe bottom side of the
tin, use a release agent.
