Looking to have a set of cushions made for our CJ-6. As we are still waiting
delivery of the airplane, can anyone of you guys help supply dimensions for
the seats, front and back. Seat depth would also help. In addition any
advice regarding materials for both the exterior cover and interior foam
core. Thanks
Pete

Pete, I'll measure mine if you are just talking about something to sit on. I use mine when the 'chutes are out or when the Co-owner and Mother of my Children wants to ride. They were made up in Tijuana at one of those car interior places. The foam zips out so the cover can be cleaned. "pleats" with extra material on top.

I suggest only top grade aircraft interior fabric or automotive Dacron. However, you could re-cycle some old leather car seat material. OTOH, most of my flying requires a parachute; the Squadron Pack with temper foam cushion works too.

Try boat cushions bungee corded together for seat cushions. Three work for me.
