I had a 56mph tailwind yesterday, but I didn't have to land in 30
inches of snow. : ) I was doing 150mph groundspeed on my GPS...with the
wind....about 46 against it.
It was strange...at 2700' I was bucking the wind heading 220°, but if I
went to 2800' it was calm as can be...still strong wind, but not
turbulent. Any more of this talk and we'll be stepping on toes.
I'll get my Mac-savvy neighbor to come and take a look at my download
problem....as to the downloading as text? I just went to your site and
clicked on the blue words that said "download" right under the picture
of the plane on skis in snow, and I got what amounts to a billboard of
every letter, symbol, number, punctuation mark, etc., known to man, and
in every (probable) language.
Thanks for looking into the matter, Dave, but if Michel couldn't help,
it must be on my end of things.

I can tell you that it is a .wmv format and should be adaptable and
downloadable from a PC or a MAC.
You did say that you cannot view google video so it does suggest that
possibily you have a setting somewhere that needs to be changed?
Heck why not fly over here today ? You wold have a 50 knot tailwind.
