Here is the response I got from Pennzoil this morning

"According to our literature, the Pennzoil 2-Cycle Oil for Air Cooled 

Engines now has Outdoor on the label is strictly for air cooled engines, 

while the Multi-purpose Air-Cooled Engine Oil (whih also has Outdoor on the 

label) has additives which allow it to be used in outboard motors and other 

applications where TCW-3, TCW-II and TC oils are called for. For this reason 

we would not recommend mixing the two oils together.

Sounds like where I got my oil from messed up.
