 I am wondering if anyone knows the deal with the 680FLP MR. RPM that is forsale on ebay.  I've scene this one forsale on several occasions, does anyone know what the problem is?

I remembered some discussion about this one and it finally registered,   it was about the intake tube on the right front and the speculation  on what it was for.
