Hello, all
Does anyone have any experience to share with the following position + strobe packages:
http://www.airplanegear.com/skybright.htm
http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/ledtaxi.php
https://ssl.perfora.net/gs-air.com/sess/utn;jsessionid=1541216aa0725f1/shopdata/index.shopscript (same as the one from Aircraft Spruce, above)
http://www.creativair.com/strobe-light-p-36.html
...or any others, for that matter.
Thanks in advance for sharing.

I'm using those from: GS-AIR.COM
(LEDlight + Strobe COMPLETE SYSTEM, $399),
and have not yet completed the installation, but am quite satisfied so far. Sorry to not be much help.

I was considering the use of these combination lights as well, but I’m concerned that the rear-facing white position lights might not meet the FAA-required arc of visibility on the 601XL. I have the white position light from ZAC that I was going to install on the rudder so I didn’t need to worry about this, however it does not appear that these companies provide combination lights with just the red/strobe and green/strobe combinations, and I don’t know if it would be acceptable to have both the rudder light and the rear-facing white lights on the wings. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks,

I'm planning the same thing, and don't see any contradiction with lighting regulations.

I'm looking for a white position light for my rudder. If anyone has one they didn't use or a used one, please let me know and I'll buy it from you.

Carlos,
I just purchased the AeroFlash units from ACS, their PN: 11-04763
A little pricey $472.95, for the Double flash, 12V kit but I think it will take care of all the lighting needs for position and nav, and the Double flash strobes should help me be seen by others. The units are light and all metal construction except the lenses and such.

Aaron-
You might consider buying used. I got a full set of Whelan position lights (Not strobes) from a Bonanza for $50.00, including new bulbs. For strobes, I'll mount them well behind the cockpit belly and dorsal- that way I can be seen but won't have them continually flashing in my field of vision.
Wentworth had me sketch what I wanted them to look like (Teardrop), and they sent back pictures of what they had in stock. Link attached.
Good building.
