Just so it has its own topic, I am in the market for a quality 50, preferably with Soviet-era paint scheme.
Keep me in mind if anyone hears of something along those lines....

Did Josh W get a hold of you? He is a Viper driver for the NJ ANG and is also looking for a -50. I told him to drop you a note.

No have not heard from him yet. Apparently the 4 that are coming out of RU
now will be the end of them.

Mary Alexander's YAK-50 is for sale.
It is black with red and yellow checkerboard trim, has smoke. I ferried
it across the country to Vladimir's place and he went over it with a
fine tooth comb. Good airplane.
As for finding one with the right paint scheme, let me say that
now-a-days you are lucky to find one at all!
