Does anyone know the specs on the insert that Europa provides for mod 72. I have my aircraft down for annual inspection and would like buy or make the insert locally so as not wait on delivery. Any info on type of metal, tube wall thickness, length etc. would be helpful.

What size hole does a 16.5mm reamer produce then?

Brian,
If you can hold off for a week or two, I should have my Mod 72 package soon. I plan to post pics and specs: length, diameter, wall thickness, etc. on my build web site.
And a 16.5 mm reamer is 0.6496 in. or not quite 21/32 (0.65625) and 5/8 at 0.625 is too small.
Good building and great flying,
Bob Borger
