Thanks guys now it looks like I have some work cut out
for me
on new things to check, All that makes some sence to
me
now though I did check the ground wire once and found
it lose
it connects on a bold that runs through the frame to
the engine
case so im thinking i need to look at that more
closer. I was crossing numbers on the solenoids and
found out that one of them i forgot which was the same
used on a mercedes diesel glow plug solenoid and that
did not make me feel comfortable.
thanks again
Craig

For what it's worth, when I first was attempting to
start my 912 it seemed
that the battery didn't have enough juice to get it
to turn over very well.
Turned out that I didn't have the engine grounded
good enough. Once I added a
ground strap from the engine to the airframe it
cranked right up.
