I believe that this rib stiching and other things have been beat to death.  

As far as safety is concerned, I believe that rib stiching the horiz stab is 

10 times more important.  There is a lot of surface for the fabric to bond 

to on the wing ribs but non on the horz stab.  If you lose the fabric there 

you are in deep doo doo.  Clint
